Mail [email protected] from any address with the account email or transaction reference, and say what you want refunded. A human reads it — usually within a day — and approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Payment providers take their own time to post it, typically a few business days. You will never be routed through a chatbot loop to reach this answer.
Technical failures are on us: if a paid session died to a platform error — not your connection, not hers — the coins it drew are restored or refunded, your choice. Accidental purchases are refundable while unused. Fraudulent purchases are refunded to the cardholder and the account ends. And because someone will ask: a session that went fine but simply was not what you hoped is not refundable — that is what the free first matches and the free next match button are for.
There is no subscription quietly billing you here. Coins are packs you buy when you choose; membership, if you take it, is cancelable as a switch, not a negotiation.
