Compliance statement
JerkRouletteChat is an adults-only platform. Every person who appears on camera on this website is 18 years of age or older at the time of streaming. In compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, age and identity records for all performers are verified before anyone may stream and are maintained by the custodian of records. This site does not produce, host or distribute recordings of sessions — streams are live, sealed one-on-one video calls, and the site keeps no recording of them.
Age verification in practice
Performers complete government-issued ID verification before their first stream, and re-verification runs on a rolling basis. Visitors confirm they are 18 or older — or the age of majority where they live — before entering, and the site is labeled RTA ("Restricted to Adults") so parental filters can block it; the parental control page explains how. If you ever believe someone on camera may be under 18, report it in-session or mail [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject — it is read first, immediately, and the stream is suspended pending review.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 are held by the custodian of records for JerkRouletteChat. Authorized requests — from law enforcement or as otherwise required by law — go through [email protected], marked for the custodian of records, and are answered by a human.
