Support & account
Coins, membership, a session that went wrong technically, or deleting an account — mail [email protected] from any address and describe what happened. Screenshots help; personal details of other users do not.
Reach a human
Contact JerkRouletteChat
No ticket maze, no chatbot pretending to be called Ashley. One address, read by a person: [email protected]. Most mail gets an answer within a day; safety reports jump the queue.
Safety escalations
Anything urgent — threats, anything involving a minor, illegal content — goes to the same address with "URGENT" in the subject and is read first. Inside a live session, the report button is faster: human moderators watch that queue around the clock.
Before you write
The long answers already exist: how the site works, the safety page, and the blog guides cover the questions we get most. Reading beats waiting.
JerkRouletteChat is an adults-only site — strictly 18+. By mailing us you confirm you are of legal age where you live.
